| STEP 1 |
We will meet with you to evaluate your communication objectives, review content and select a medium that best fits your message, audience profile, delivery timeline and technical capabilities. |
| STEP 2 |
Storyboards, outlines and/or scripts are created to serve as a "road map" for the production process. This is the most important step in the creation of an effective message when time and budgets are limited, as it eliminates the need for repeating future steps due to incorrect or
missing information. |
| STEP 3 |
The production crew is selected for either video production or computer-based training. Different productions call for individuals with specific talents and software skills. This selection process ensures that your message is receiving the maximum communication potential by utilizing the best creative skill-sets. |
| STEP 4 |
The production process starts and you become the executive producer. Our clients have the most fun with this step. This is a time for you to show your creativity and give input into the look and feel of your communication collateral.
We encourage you to be as involved as much as your schedule and other obligations will allow. In the meantime, we will periodically keep you updated on your project's progress. |
| STEP 5 |
Upon completion of the first draft, the project is evaluated and "tweaked" for adjustments prior to release. If we have followed the steps above, there should be only minor changes and absolutely NO surprises. Finally, the production is released to the target audience. |
| STEP 6 |
If desired, we will follow up after the project is distributed to help you evaluate the effectiveness and reaction to your message. This step helps you fine-tune your next message to elicit an even greater response. |
